Mr. Henry Marcus Ricks, age 69, of 328 N. Browntown Road Nashville, North Carolina died Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at Nash UNC Health in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Born in Nash County, North Carolina a son of the late Robert Henry Ricks and Gertrude Arrington Ricks and the husband of Joyce Elizabeth Battle Ricks. He was educated in the public schools of Nash County and a truck driver for Thomas & Howard/MBM. He is survived by his wife Joyce Elizabeth Battle Ricks of the home; one daughter, Marsha Ricks Thompson of the home; two brothers, Jerome (Wylene) Ricks and James (Crystal) Ricks both of Whitakers, North Carolina; two sisters, Eloise Umstead of Nashville, North Carolina and Janice Ricks of Whitaker, North Carolina; one granddaughter, Alisha Thompson of the home.
