Mrs. Vickie Caroline Holmes Johnson, age 53, of Greenville, South Carolina passed away on Monday, April 3, 2023, in Pelzer, South Carolina. She was born in Greenville, South Carolina, a daughter of the late Jessie Mae Holmes and Fred Jackson and the wife of the late Maurice Johnson. She was educated in the public schools in Greenville County graduating from Riverside High School in 1988. Furthering her education, she attended Benedict College in Columbia, South Carolina where she studied early childhood education.

She leaves to cherish many warm and loving memories her son, Joshua Danyelle Holmes of Greenville, South Carolina; one brother, Donnie Holmes of Columbia, South Carolina; one stepdaughter, Miranda Nicole Fleming of Greer, South Carolina; three grandchildren; her son's godmother, Celestine "Tina" Kyabasinga of Piedmont, South Carolina.

Public viewing will be on Saturday, April 15, 2023, from 10am-7pm at the funeral home.

Funeral service will be held 2pm Sunday, April 16, 2023, at Beasley Funeral Home Inc. Greenville Chapel with Pastor Terry A. King officiating. Burial will immediately follow in the Bethlehem UMC Cemetery.
