Vanessa Walker Dennis, 66, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on January 20, 2026.

Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of the late William Walker and Minnie Jenkins Walker.

Vanessa was a loving mother, sister, and grandmother whose life touched many. She leaves cherished memories to be treasured by her family and all who knew her.

She is survived by one daughter, Valecee Dennis of Greenville; four sisters, Louise (Tom) Sullivan, Carrie Dell Walker, Patricia Walker Butler, and Prescilla Walker; and one grandchild.

Public viewing will take place on Monday, January 26, 2026, at the Beasley Funeral Home Chapel of Greenville.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at Poplar Springs Missionary Baptist Church
