Mr. Sevels Y. Oxner, affectionately known as Butch, age 49, of 112 Harvest Lane, Fountain Inn, SC, died Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at the McCall Hospice House, Simpsonville, SC. He is survived by his wife, Barbara S. Oxner of the home; one son, Xzavious Oxner of the home; two stepsons, Courtney Sullivan of Fountain Inn, SC and Maurice Sullivan of Simpsonville, SC; two stepdaughters, Lakeisha Sullivan and Sierra Sullivan of Fountain Inn, SC; one sister, Geraldine Oxner of Greenville, SC and six grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, June 14, 2015 at the Pleasant View Baptist Church, with Rev. Waddy L. Talley officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family is at the home. Beasley Funeral Home, Fountain Inn is in charge of arrangements.
