Mr. Russell Foggie, Sr., age 82 of 78 Jack Frost Dr., Waterloo, SC passed away Thursday, August 10, 2023 at his home. He is survived by one son, Russell Foggie Jr.; three daughters, Jaqueline Todd, Angela Foggie-Vance, Crystal Shumpert; two brothers, Donald (Ethel Mae) Foggie, Larry (Sandra) Foggie; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mr. Russell Foggie Sr. will be held 2 p.m., Wednesday, August 16,2023 at the Laurel Hill Baptist Church in Waterloo, S.C., with Pastor Terry Richard officiating.  Burial will follow in the Church cemetery with Military Honors. The family is at home.
