Ms. Rosa Bell Fowler, age 93, of 253 Bryland Way, Fountain Inn, SC, passed away Tuesday,  May 26, 2026.  Born in Laurens County, SC, she was a daughter of the late Fred Madden and Lillie Ruth Miller and wife of the late Robert Lee Fowler.

She is survived by five children, Paulette Scott of Capital Heights, Maryland, Joyce (J.C.) Irby of Mauldin, SC, Robert (Lenora) Fowler of Simpsonville, SC, Annie Simpson of Fountain Inn, SC and Kenneth Fowler of Greenville, SC; one brother, Calvin Miller of Maryland; eight grandchildren, Rodriquez Irby, Nikki Woodruff, Rondel Irby, Tamicka Simpson, Akeela Simpson, Dante Scott and Jamal Fowler; a host of great-grandchildren and great, great granchildren and other relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be held 1 p.m., Sunday, June 7, 2026 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Fountain Inn, SC.
