Mr. Ronnie Shaw, age 71, of 4642 Georgia Road, Gray Court, passed away Monday, October 21, 2024 at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Laurens County, he was a son of the late Grover Shaw, Sr. and Lucille Jones Shaw.  He is survived by his loving companion of forty-five years, Pearlie Copeland of the home; two step-sons, Gerald Copeland of Houston, TX and Chris Copeland of Gray Court; one brother, Grover Shaw, Jr.; eight sisters, Allean Sullivan, Bernice McDaniel, Shirley (James) Sullivan, Annie Lou (Billy) Wharton, Edistine Shaw, Linda (Johnny) Shaw Thomas, Carolyn Young and Towanda (Johnny) McDowell; five grandchildren of which one was raised in the home, Kamarius Cunningham and three great-grandchildren;.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, October 26, 2024 at Center Rabun Baptist Church.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.
