Miss Patricia Ann Doughty, 71, of Laurens, South Carolina, passed away peacefully at her home on February 18, 2026. Born September 23, 1954, in Laurens, she was the daughter of the late Elwood Doughty and Elsie Mae Doughty.

Patricia was educated in the Laurens public schools and was a graduate of the Practical School of Nursing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She also attended Clemson University. She was a member of St. Paul First Baptist Church and attended several other churches in Laurens.

She is survived by her brother, Elwood (Shobe) Doughty of Tempe, Ari-zona; her sister, Joann Doughty of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; her uncle, Franklin D. Mills of Detroit, Michigan; and a host of relatives and friends.
