Ms. Omelia Byrd, age 75, of Greenville, South Carolina passed away on Monday, October 6, 2025, surrounded by her loving and devoted family. She was the daughter of the late Bubber Byrd and Oneal Burnside Byrd and attended the public schools of Greenville County. She dedicated thirty (30) years of service to Apron Etc., earning recognition for her diligence, commitment, and cheerful outlook.

She is survived by two sons, Bonnie (Cynthia) Byrd, and Christopher (Kateri) Byrd; five sisters, Hattie Byrd, Patricia Byrd, Willie Ruth Byrd, Rosemary Byrd, and Brenda Menniefield; two brothers, Jackie Byrd, and Bubber (Nell) Byrd; four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Celebration of Life will be held at 1pm on Saturday October 11, 2025, at Beasley Funeral Home Greenville Chapel. Burial will immediately follow at Beaverdam Baptist Church Cemetery, Enoree, South Carolina
