Nanny Louise Canada was born on June 6, 1938, to the late Frank McKinney and Carrie Lou Donald.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory three sons, Terry L. Canada (Cathryn), William C. Canada, and Charles Canada; five daughters, Vera El-Amin, Jenelle Canada, Charlene Canada, Valerie Canada (Willie), and Samantha Canada-Evans (Mark); fourteen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Public viewing will be held Wednesday, August 19, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Greater New Hope Baptist Church in Simpsonville, South Carolina. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
