Mother Maggie Leake, age 101, of 277 Houston Street, Laurens, SC, passed away on Wednesday, November 26,2025 in Laurens, SC. She is survived by two sons, Sammie (Brenda) Cunningham, Sterling (Sharon) Fuller, four daughters, Mamie McBeth, Mildred Bluford, Dollie Leake, and Patricia Mims; a host of grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and her extended family.

Funeral services for Mother Maggie Leake will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, December 6, 2025 at the Mount Zion Progressive Church of Jesus in Gray Court, South Carolina, with Bishop Paul Jennings officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The Beasley Funeral Home Laurens is in charge of the arrangements.

The family is receiving friends at the home, and at the home of her daughter Ms. Dollie Leaks, Fairground Road Apartments in Laurens.
