Ms. Mitzie Lavelle Hawthorne, age 53 of 510 Rockvale Dr. Piedmont, South Carolina passed away on Sunday, June 13, 2021. Born in Greenville, South Carolina , she was a daughter of the late Ethel Lee Mack Hawthorne and Twyman Hawthorne . She is survived by two daughters, Kiara Hawthorne and Kursula Shorter both of Piedmont, South Carolina; five sisters, Marian Hawthorne and Zinhar Hawthorne both of Greenville, South Carolina Roberta Hawthorne of Georgia, and Tausha McMorris (Stanley) and Loleitha Hawthorne both of Simpsonville, South Carolina and a beloved lifelong friend, Mr. Timothy McDowell of Piedmont, South Carolina. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 19 2021 at 12Noon at Beasley Funeral Home Chapel (Greenville).
