Mrs. Minnie A. Maronie, age 84, of 127 Spring Street, Laurens, South Carolina, passed away on Friday, September 12,2025 at Prisma Health Laurens County Hospital in Clinton, South Carolina.

She is survived by two sons, James Calvin (Kristy) Maronie Sr., Ulysses (Anjeanette) Maronie Jr., one brother, Edward Simpson, three grandchildren, Calvin Maronie, Avery Maronie, Latisha Maronie; two great-grandchildren, James Calvin Maronie III, Tori Randell; and two sisters, Alma A. (Ellis) Worthy, and Mattie Connor.

Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie A. Maronie will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, September 21, 2025  at the Pleasant View Baptist Church in Gray Court, South Carolina with Reverend Rosemary Byrd, officiating, and Pastor C. Lamont Jones, presiding.

Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Public viewing will be held on Saturday from 10-6 p,m

The family do invite all family and friends to the home for visitation 3-8pm daily @ 127 Spring Street, Laurens, S.C.
