Mrs. Mildred A. Stoddard, age 85, of 161 Gunter Road, Piedmont, SC, passed away Friday, August 7, 2026.  Born in Greenville County, she was a daughter of the late Corrie Mae Harrison Garrett and A.C. Garrett and wife of the late Jessie J. Stoddard.

She is was the last survivor of her immediate family.

She is survived by two daughters, Gwendolyn Stoddard and Justina Hill; four grandchildren, Lamont Flemming, Christina (Craig) Walker, Justin Stoddard and Jessica (Tee) Williams and five great-grandchildren, Damiya Flemming, Zariyah Stoddard, Tavorace Williams, Jr. Xavyon Williams and Jahilil Williams.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Monday, August 17, 2026 at Mt. Carmel AME Church.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
