Mr. Michael Garrison, age 65, of Greenville, SC, passed away Tuesday, September 24, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. He was the son of the late Warren Douglas Sullivan and Marion M. Sanders. He was reared in the home of his uncle and aunt, Broadus and Marlee F. Sullivan. He attended the public school system of Laurens County and he later joined the United States Army where he received an honorable discharge.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn E. Garrison of the home; a daughter, Kateri S. Irby of Tampa, FL; a son, Kendrick Hayes of Greenville, SC; six sisters, Mercena Mackie, Francis (Terry) Davis, both of Greenville, SC, Marian Juanita (James) Anderson of Simpsonville, SC, Delores Sullivan, Pamela Clay and Tracey Bryson all of Greenville, SC.

Public Viewing will be held Sunday, October 6, 2024 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. at Beasley Funeral Home, Greenville.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Monday, October 7, 2024 at Beasley Funeral Home Chapel, Greenville. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Piedmont with military honors.
