Mrs. Mattie Geneva Young, age 78, of Greenville, South Carolina, departed this earthly tabernacle on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital, with her two daughters.  She was born in Greenville County, South Carolina, daughter of the late Luther McCombs and Janie Byrd and the wife of the late Thomas Young.

She leaves to cherish fond memories two daughter, Tiffany Pennie and April Harris. And a  host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A memorial Service will be held at a later date, for additional details please contact the family.
