Mrs. Mary Magdeline Marchman, age 69, Laurens, South Carolina passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born July 18, 1955, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, twin daughter of Elizabeth Ann Elliott. She attended the public schools of Philadelphia County and furthered her education by becoming Certified Nursing Assistant.

She is survived by three sons, Stephen Elliott of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Demetre Carter, and Kaydon Marchman both of Laurens, South Carolina; two daughters, Mary Lynn Perry of Valdosta, Georgia, and Karen Perry of Duluth, Minnesota; three sisters, twin sister Joan Elliott, Deborah Elliott, and Dorene Elliott - (David) Duley; three brothers, Joseph Elliott Jr., Nathaniel (Linda) Elliott, and David (Carolyn) Elliott all of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Celebration of Life Services will be at 11am, Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at the Love Story Church in Greenville, South Carolina. Interment will be in Jersey Cemetery, Laurens, South Carolina.
