Mrs. Mary Ann Young, age 97, of 406 Ansel Street Greenville, South Carolina died Monday, August 17, 2020 at her residence. She was born in Niagara Fall, New York a daughter of the late Walter Foster and Stella Bainey Foster. She was educated in the public schools of Niagara County and joined the USO during WWII entertaining troops stateside. She worked as a secretary at Manpower Inc., later becoming Manager and then Administrative Assistant to the Director of Nursing Education. She is survived by one son, Robert Young of Greenville, South Carolina; four daughters, Sharon (Jerry)Molis of Simpsonville, South Carolina, Patricia Turner of Greer, South Carolina, Kathy Albertelli of Greenville, South Carolina and Maureen(Paul) Lanning of Norwalk, Connecticut. A celebration of life will be held 2pm Saturday, August 29, 2020 at the home. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Amedisys (Hospice) Foundation Inc., or Alzheimer's Association, South Carolina Chapter.
