Marvin Edmond

Mr. Marvin Edmond, age 86, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2026, at Hospice Care in Forest City, North Carolina.

Born in Greenville County, South Carolina, he was the husband of the late Mary Elizabeth Edmond and a son of the late Matthew Edmond and Anna Davis Edmond.

He is survived by his adopted daughter, Felcia (Matthew) Ogunsile; one brother, Charles B. Edmond of Pomona, California; one sister, Gracie B. Garrison of Greenville, South Carolina; and a devoted caregiver, Rosa Dirton.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Beasley Funeral Home Chapel in Greenville, South Carolina. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.

A public viewing will be held on Wednesday, April 22, from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., and prior to the service on Thursday.
