Ms. Marlena A. Simpson, age 44, of 610 Diamond Valley Court, Spartanburg, South Carolina, passed away on Thursday, April 2,2026. She is survived by two sons, Jashad Simpson, Jacoby Gist; one daughter, Terece Hill; two brothers, Otis (Jowanna) Simpson, Rondell Simpson; and one sister, Pamela Cook.

Funeral services for Ms. Marlena A. Simpson will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 2pm at the Beasley Funeral Home Chapel in Laurens, with Reverend Labarius T. Edwards officiating, burial to follow in the Westview Memorial Park.

The family is receiving friends at 480 New Harrison Bridge, Simpsonville, South Carolina.

Public viewing will be held on Friday, April 10,2026 from 12-6 at Beasley Funeral Home Laurens.
