Mrs. Marjorie B. Johnson, age 96, of 115 Ashley Oaks Drive, Simpsonville, SC, passed away Sunday, August 3, 2025.  Born in Laurens County, she was a daughter of the late Willie Jackson Beasley and Katie Wilson Beasley and wife of the late Calvin Johnson.  She is survived by one sister, Kathryn B. Barksdale; one god-daughter, Jacqueline McDaniel; a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, August 9, 2025 at the C.D. Beasley Memorial Chapel of the Beasley Funeral Home, Laurens.  Burial will be in the Jersey Cemetery.

The family is at the home of her sister, 206 Hooker Avenue, Laurens, SC
