Ms. Mariah "Ruth" Hall, age 73, of Detroit, Michigan, died Friday, April 3, 2020. Born in Laurens County, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Geneva Strother Shaw and Clifton Shaw. She was a graduate of Sanders High School Class of 1964. She is survived by two daughters, Geneva Nicole (Robert) Daniels and Asia Denson; two sisters, Margaret Ree Anderson and Emma Frances (Ulysee) Simpson; one brothers, Sherman "Brut Shaw" Anderson; her great aunt, Mattie (Donald) Dobine; her dearest friends, Shirley and Willie McDaniel, Karla Maddox and Hattie Burnham; a host of cousins, godchildren, nieces, nephews, former co-workers, friends and church family. Burial service for Ms. Hall will be held 2 p.m., Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at Pleasant View Baptist Church Cemetery. Public viewing will be Tuesday from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. and Wednesday from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Beasley Funeral Home Chapel, Fountain Inn.
