Mr. M. C. Johnson, age 93, of 211 Chuckwood Drive, Simpsonville, South Carolina, passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at his home.

He was born June 30, 1930 to the late Nancy Gaines. He was the husband of the late Marie Sullivan Johnson whom passed away on August 4, 2023.

Mr. Johnson is survived by one son, Stacey Johnson; two daughters, Lillie (Robert) Jones of the home and Cathy Johnson of Simpsonville, South Carolina; one brother, Bubba Johnson of Sally, South Carolina; one sister, Kitty Johnson of Sally, South Carolina; 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Graveside service for Mr. M. C. Johnson and Mrs. Marie Johnson will be held 11:00 AM Friday, August 11, 2023 in the Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Fountain Inn, South Carolina. Reverend S. N. Flint officiating.

Public viewing will be held 10:00 a.m.until 6:00 pm Thursday, August 10, 2023.

The family is at the home.
