Mrs. Lugenia Shell, age 84, of 13306 Highway 101 South, Gray Court, died Thursday, November 9, 2017 at the Greenville Memorial Hospital, Greenville. Born in Laurens County, she was a daughter of the late Paul Todd and Remell Pitts Todd and wife of the late Willie Lee Shell. She is survived by three daughters, Phyllis Shell, Annette Childress and Esther Shell all of Gray Court; four sisters, Ella Ruth Calwile of Fountain Inn, Willie Ree Evans of Gray Court, Phyllis Brewster of Charleston and Betty Martin of Denver, CO; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral Service will be held 2 p.m., Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at Center Rabun Baptist Church with Pastor Albert Blandin officiaiting. Burial will immediately follow in the church cemetery. The family is at the home. Beasley Funeral Home, Fountain Inn is in charge of arrangements.
