Mr. Leroy Irby, age 69, of 626 Bramlett Road, Laurens, passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2023. Born in Laurens County, he was a son of the late J. B. Irby and Hattie Mae McDowell Irby. He is survived by his wife, Patricia R. Irby of the home; one son, Cedric Leroy Owens of Gray Court; four daughters, Kesha Pulley, Patresh Irby, Patricia Burnside of Laurens and Tasha Owens of Gray Court; two brothers, Bennie Earl Irby of Gray Court and James Irby of Fountain Inn; three sisters, Robin Jones of Fountain Inn, Harriet Mills and Edna Sullivan of Gray Court; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at Bethel Grove AME Church, Gray Court, SC. Burial will be in Rocky Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family is at the home.
