Ms. Leonia Watts, age 77, passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2024. Born in Laurens County, she was a daughter of the late James Foster Shell, Sr. and Lillie Mae Franks Shell. She is survived by two sons, Ronald Lee Watts and Keith (Joanette) Watts; two daughters, Melissa (Rodney) Sullivan and Calvinetta (Sheldon) Mickens; one brother, James Foster ( Brenda) Shell, Jr; one sister, Shirley Ann Shell; ten grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren and a special niece, Gwendolyn Campbell.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at Center Rabun Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
