Mrs. Leona Marie Knuckles, 76, of 63 Wallace Street, Greenville, South Carolina born on January 5, 1950 to the late Cornell Abercrombie and the late Dora Mae Burdine. She entered into eternal rest on Thursday, January 9, 2026 at St. Francis Hospital (downtown) where she was cared for by a very loving staff.

Mrs. Knuckles leaves to cherish her precious memories one devoted daughter, Angela Greene;  one brother Andrew W. Abercrombie of Greenville,  three grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; along with a host of other loving relatives and dear friends who will forever treasure her life and legacy.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Greater Mount Calvary Baptist Church.

Interment will follow at Greenville Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

A public viewing will take place on Friday, January 16, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Beasley Funeral Home Chapel, Greenville.
