Lemco Drenne Clark, of Simpsonville, SC was born on May 4, 1983, in Clinton, South Carolina to Lucia N. Clark and Bennie Wicker. Lemco was lovingly known to most of us by "Nina." Nina entered into Eternal Rest on Sunday, March 3, 2019, at the Greenville Health System in Greenville, South Carolina. She received her formal education in the public schools of Laurens County, and was a graduate of Clinton High School, District 56, Class of 2001. Following high school, Nina completed additional studies at Greenville Technical College. Nina was most recently employed by the Draxlmaier Group in Spartanburg, South Carolina. As a child, Nina spent much of her time around her Grandmother Alma and learned to cook at a young age, which was one of her many hobbies. She also loved traveling, shopping, being pampered, and trying new foods at various restaurants. She was also a very loving and dedicated mother to her two children. Nina was also known for her intelligence and quickness to respond with a "sharp tongue" when she thought it was necessary. She leaves to cherish fond memories, her mother, Lucia N. Peterson and a loving stepfather, Thomas D. Peterson of Simpsonville, South Carolina; her father, Bennie Wicker of Whitmire, South Carolina; one son, Avarion J. Austin; one daughter, Avery Jalia Austin of the home; two brothers, Glenis J. Peterson and Kendrick (Shaquitta) Peterson of Simpsonville, South Carolina; twelve aunts, Peggy Davis of Greenville, South Carolina; Evelyn (Bobby) Lindsay of Cross Hill, South Carolina; Phyllis (John) Price, Sally Boyd, Leanna Smith, Susan Pressly all of Clinton, South Carolina; Krystal Elaine Clark of Dacula, Georgia; Sharon Williams of Kinards, South Carolina; Ruth, Amelia Wicker all of Columbia, South Carolina; Georgina Kinard of Simpsonville, South Carolina; a special aunt Stephanie Wicker of Columbia, South Carolina; and a special friend, Tavazia (Pwee) Valentine of Simpsonville, South Carolina; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family and friends who will miss her tremendously. The family is at the home of her brother, Glenis J. Peterson of 608 Cox Street, Simpsonville, South Carolina.
