Mr. Lee R. Rice was born on January 14, 1954, to the late Hallie Rice and Lela Carter Rice. He departed this life on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at the age of 72.

Lee’s life blessed those who knew and loved him. His memory will remain in the hearts of his family and friends forever.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Brenda  Rice of the home; one son, Jermaine Cheek (Kisha) of Fountain Inn, South Carolina; two daughters, Pamela Buie (Michael) of Matthews, North Carolina and Keshia Rice (Mario Aguilar) of Greenville, South Carolina; four brothers, Larry Rice, Otis Rice,  of Greenville, South Carolina, Benjamin Rice (Sharon) of Clinton, South Carolina, and Richard Copeland of Clinton, South Carolina; two sisters, Rebecca Poole (Thomas) of Greenville, South Carolina, and Revonne Harrison (Charles) of Simpsonville, South Carolina; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Public Viewing will be on Friday, 9-4-2026, 10 AM- 6 PM, at Beasley Funeral Home Chapel-Greenville

Funeral Service: Saturday, 9-5-2026, 11 AM at Beasley Funeral Home Chapel-Greenville

Interment: Graceland East Memorial Gardens
