Mrs. Laylor Ellidge, age 90, of 12 Springs Circle, Fountain Inn, SC, passed away Sunday, May 15, 2022. Born in Laurens County, she was a daughter of the late Henry Bryson and Maggie Fowler Bryson and wife of the late Robert E. Ellidge. She is survived by one son, Ronnie (Alberta) Cook; two sisters, Virginia Evans and Martha Turner; five grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren and sixteen great, great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held 12 Noon, Saturday, May 21, 2022 at Poplar Springs AME Church Cemetery, with Rev. Jeffery Williams officiating. There will be no public viewing. The family is at the home. Beasley Funeral Home, Fountain Inn is in charge of arrangements.
