Mrs. Kathleen Marie McDowell, age 75, of 106 Janet Court, Simpsonville, died Sunday, May 27, 2018 at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Lancaster, PA, she was a daughter, of the late Richard Earl Kreiner and Nancy Jane Rife Kreiner and wife of the late Milton Stephen McDowell. She is survived by one son, Steven McDowell of Simpsonville; three daughters, Renee Allspach of Woodruff, Lisa McDowell Younts of Simpsonville and Dina Bitterman of Washington State; one brother, Richard Kreiner of Simpsonville and eleven grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 1 p.m., Thursday, May 31, 2018 at the Presbyterian Fellowship of Fountain Inn, with Pastor Shawn Hevener officiating. Entombment will follow at Graceland East Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church from 12:30 until the start of the service. Beasley Funeral Home, Fountain Inn is in charge of arrangements.
