Mr. Joseph Williams Chavous, age 54, of 200 Bryson Drive, Lot #61, Simpsonville, died Wednesday, January 2, 2013 in the Greenville Memorial Hospital.He is survived by his wife, Patricia Elmore Chavous; one son, Tommy Elmore; five daughters, Carmetta (Terance) Faniel, Nicole 'Josie' Rhodes, Shekema Marshall, Teresa (Charles) Atkins, Aletha (Robert) Brown; seven brothers, Terry (Gloria) Williams, Larry (Maude) Williams, Albert Jenkins,Elijah Jenkins, Pernell Jenkins, Herbert Lee Jenkins, Willie Jean (Patricia) Jenkins;four sisters, Betty (Bennie) Wiggins, Gail Carter, Evelyn Washington, Peggy (Fred) Crumiell; two sister-in-laws, Josie Ingram, Rosa Grier; two brother-in-laws, Richard (Sylvia) Broomfield, Willie Williams and twenty-two grandchildren.Funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, January 5, 2013 at the Bethlehem Baptist Church, with Dr. Phillip Baldwin officiating.The family is at the home.
