Mr. Johnny Scurry Jr., age 52, passed away on at his home on 3101 Oak Springs Drive, Greenville, S.C. He survived by one son, Douglas O'Neal Scurry; his mother, Elizabeth Scurry and one sister, Brenda Jennings.

Funeral services for Mr. Johnny Scurry Jr. will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, November 11, 2023 at the C.D. Beasley Memorial Chapel of the Beasley Funeral Home,Laurens, with Pastor Dennis Moses officiating.  Burial will follow in the New Hope AME Church Cemetery in Mountville, S.C. The family is at the home of his mother,Ms. Elizabeth Scurry,900 Church Street Hill Top Apt. 6A. The Beasley Funeral Home, Laurens is in charge of the arrangements.
