Mr. Johnny Lee McDaniel, affectionately known as Pank, age 76, of 460 Gray Drivel, Gray Court, passed away Friday, July 21, 2024. Born in Laurens County, he was a son of the late Willie McDaniel, Sr. and Beatrice Williams McDaniel. He is survived by one son, Omari (Davishus) Houston; one daughter, Bernice (Jarrod) Shannon; one brother, Willie McDaniel, Jr; six sisters, Annie McDaniel, Ruby (Eugene) Carter, Evonne Shands, Betty Myrick, Cheryl McDaniel and Jacqueline McDaniel; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held 1 p .m., Friday June 28, 2024 at the Pleasant View Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
