Mr. Johnny Earl Evans, age 78, of 212 Shands Street, Clinton, S.C. passed away on Wednesday, August 28,2024 at his home. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Kathleen Evans of the home, step- children, Bernard Pitts (Jennifer), Leonard Pitts, Jacqueline Pitts  Dessaure (Royce), Stefanie Pitts Sadler (Rev. Elvin); his siblings; J E Hunter,(Erie), Elbert Hunter, Flora H (Lester) Smith, Johnny Hunter, Thomasina (Bruce) Sweeny, Sara M. Calwile and James E. (Trina) Boyd, 24 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Johnny Earl Evans will be held on Sunday, September 1,2024 at 1pm at the C D Beasley Memorial Chapel of the Beasley Funeral Home in Laurens, SC with Pastor Arthur Raven officiating, burial to follow in the Westview Memorial Park. The family will be receiving friends at the home 212 Shands Street in Clinton, from 3-8 p.m. daily. The Beasley Funeral Home of Laurens is in charge of the arrangements.
