Joan Hicks Blair, 71 of 116 Catterick Way, Fountain Inn, South Carolina, passed away on Friday, October 26, 2018, at McCall Hospice, Simpsonville, South Carolina. Survivors in addition to her husband, Phillip Blair, include three sons, Ethan Blair of Pelzer, South Carolina, Jason Blair and Josh Blair both of New Jersey; one daughter, Mellissa Blair of Fountain Inn, South Carolina; one brother, Edward Hicks of Arizona; one sister Catherine Garrison of Arizona; five grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
