Jeron Burnside was born on February 3, 1955, in Greenville, South Carolina, to John Lewis Burnside and Grace Foster. She passed away on October 4, 2026.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Sandrea B. Smith (Vincent); her brothers, Curtis, Levon, and Oscar Burnside; and her sisters, Grace Fetter, Beverly Burnside, Jo Ann Wanza, and Lillie Joyce Garrison. She will also be remembered by extended family and friends.

Public viewing will be held Friday, October 9, from 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m. Her funeral service will be Saturday, October 10, at 3:00 p.m. at Shady Oak Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Richmond Cemetery in downtown Greenville.
