Mr. James Allen Wells, of 154 Spring Street, Gray Court, SC, died Friday, May 27, 2022 at St. Francis Hospital, Downtown, Greenville. Born in Laurens, South Carolina, he was a son of the late A.B. Wells and Ola Atkinson Wells. He is survived by two sons, Tony Wells of Fountain Inn and James Wells of Utica, NY; two daughters, Ava Wells of Fountain Inn and Marsha Buford of Simpsonville; three brothers, Bobby Wells of Piedmont, Johnny Wells of Greenville and Robert Wells of Temple Hill, Maryland; four sisters, Winnie Lee Harper of Simpsonville, Lillie K. Fuller, Dorothy Booker and Lizzie Mae Gary all of Greenville; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Public viewing will be from 1 p.m. until 6 p.m., Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at the Beasley Funeral Home, Fountain Inn with the family receiving friends from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial service will be held 1 p.m., Thursday, June 2, 2022 at the Beasley Funeral Home Chapel, Fountain Inn. Beasley Funeral Home, Fountain Inn is in charge of arrangements.
