Mr. James Stoddard, age 59, of 28373 Columbia Highway, Clinton, SC, died Saturday, April 27, 2013 at the McCall Hospice House of Greenville County.Born in Laurens County, South Carolina, he was a son of Jones Stoddard of Fountain Inn, SC and the late David Lee Stoddard.In addition to his mother, he is survived by four brothers, Johnny Stoddard of Greenville, Leroy Stoddard, Melvin Stoddard and Elvin Stoddard all of Fountain Inn, SC and three sisters, Mary Gilliam, Betty Evans and Mamie Webb all of Greenville, SC. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced later.Funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, May 4, 2013 at the Center Rabun Baptist Church, with Rev. Albert Blandin officiating.Burial will be in the church cemetery.The family is at the home of his mother, 202 Redmond Street, Fountain Inn, SC. Beasley Funeral Home, Fountain Inn is in charge of arrangements.
