Mr. James Bailey Jr., age 89, of Greenville, South Carolina passed away on Friday, December 23, 2022 at Patewood Post Acute Care. Born in Fountain Inn, South Carolina a son of the late James Bailey Sr., and Millie Brown Bailey and the husband of the late Elizabeth Sybil Bailey. He is survived by three sons, Curtis Bailey, of Greenville, South Carolina and Mark (Charlene) Bailey of Simpsonville, South Carolina and Corey (Tammy) Bailey of Greenville, South Carolina; two daughters, Sharon Bailey of Greenville, South Carolina and Daisy Childress of Simpsonville, South Carolina; two brothers, William (Betty) Bailey and Robert Bailey both of Fountain Inn, South Carolina; five sisters, Minnie (Henry) Milam of Simpsonville, South Carolina, Jessie Durham of Greenville, South Carolina, Mariah Benson of Anderson, South Carolina, Maggie Jones of Mauldin, South Carolina, and Shirley Jones of Simpsonville, South Carolina; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Celebration of Life Services will be held 12 Noon, Saturday, December 31, 2022 at Bethlehem Baptist Church. Interment will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at Greenville Memorial Gardens. Public viewing Friday December 30, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
