Gladys Mae Hopkins was born on May 25, 1947, in Greenville County, South Carolina. She lived in the Rocky Creek community and worked as a machine operator in the textile industry.

Gladys will be remembered for her love, kindness, and faithful spirit. Her life was a legacy of love and service, and the memories she shared with family and friends will remain a lasting source of comfort.

She leaves to cherish her memory her brothers, James Hopkins, Tommy Hopkins, and John Hopkins; and her sisters, Carolyn Moon, Sarah Chapman, Jeanette Warnex, and Annie Hopkins.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Beasley Funeral Home Chapel, Greenville.
