Ms. Geraldine Ray, of 215 Cassidy Court, Simpsonville, South Carolina, passed away January 9, 2019 at her home. She is survived by her father, Paul Ray Sr. of Fountain Inn, South Carolina; two sons, Samuel McMahand II of Fountain Inn, South Carolina, and Jarrod McMahand of Simpsonville, South Carolina; one daughter Kristy McMahand of Simpsonville, South Carolina; three sisters, Thelma Fletcher of Atlanta, Georgia, Cinderella Davis of Newberry, South Carolina and Angela Jackson of Gray Court, South Carolina; two brothers, Paul Ray Jr. of Maryland, and James Ray of Mauldin, South Carolina; four grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 3 p.m., Sunday, January 13, 2019 at the Rocky Creek Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
