Mr. George Wesley Mangum Jr., age 59 of 208 Green Leaf Court Piedmont, South Carolina, died Sunday, March 21, 2021 in Ankeny Medical Center in Ankeny, Iowa. Born in Greenville, South Carolina a son of the late, George Wesley Mangum Sr., and Doris Goodwin Mangum and the husband of Valerie Johnson Mangum. He's the owner and operator of Above Not Beneath Logistic. In addition to his wife Valerie Johnson Mangum of the home, he is survived by three sons, Thaddeus Zacchaeus Mangum, Urijah Mark-Wesley Mangum and Noah Ishmael Mangum; one daughter, A'Leah Masiyah Mangum; one god-sister, Senie Burton; two aunts, Grace Goodwin-Terry and Alice Goodwin (Maxie) Burton; one uncle, Douglas Burts. Funeral service will be held 1 p.m., Friday, April 2, 2021 at Flat Rock Baptist Church, Piedmont.
