Mrs. Florida Mae Sullivan, age 84, of 537 McKinney Road, Simpsonville, died Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at the St. Francis Hospital, Greenville. A daughter of the late John Long and Annie Mae Johnson Long, she was a former employee of Mt. Vernon Mills and a member of the Cedar Grove Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Alvin Sullivan of the home; seven sons, Jerry Sullivan, Willie Sullivan, Bobby Sullivan, Barry Sullivan and Stanley Sullivan of Simpsonville, Levin Sullivan of Virginia, Patrick Sullivan of Kentucky; four daughters, Emma Chapman, Susie Anderson and Renee Cook of Simpsonville, and Dianne Harris of Georgia; twenty-two grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, November 29, 2015 at the Cedar Grove Baptist Church, with Rev. A.A. Dicks, Jr., officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family is at the home. Beasley Funeral Home, Fountain Inn is in charge of arrangements.
