Mr. Ezell Jones, age 89, of 1960 Eichelberger Road, Gray Court, passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2024. Born in Union County, SC, he was a son of the late Alex Jones and Viola Rice Jones. He is survived by his wife, Emma J. Jones; one son, John F. (Wanda)  Jones; three daughters, Toni (Mark) Terry, Lisa (Elton) Owens and Tammy (Corey) Bailey; three brothers, Maureece Jones, Willie Thomas Jones and Clyde Jones; one sister, Jessie Cauthen; twelve grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren and three great, great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Friday, April 19, 2024 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Laurens, with Reverend Sammie Stroud, officiating. Burial will be Westview Memorial Park with military rites.
