Ms. Evelyn P. Adams, age 85, of 713 Woodside Avenue, Fountain Inn, SC, passed away Saturday, October 8, 2022 at Heartland Health Care Center-West, Greenville, SC. Born in Laurens County, she was a daughter of the late Carey Pinson and Cirlee Boyd Pinson and wife of the late George Willie Adams, Sr.

She is survived by one son, George Willie Adams, Jr. of Fountain Inn; one brother, Gene Pinson of Fountain Inn and three sisters, Amy (Lewis) Wright of Simpsonville, Ada Pinson and Suzanne Brewster of Fountain Inn.

Funeral service for Ms. Adams will be held 1:00 p.m Saturday, October 15, 2022 at New Pilgrim Baptist Church with Pastor Michael Greer and Reverend Zachary Brewster, Sr. officiating. Burial will immediately follow services in the church cemetery.

The family is at the home of a sister, Ada Pinson, 807 Hellams Street, Fountain Inn.
