Mr. Eugine Boyd, age 72, of 700 Bryson Drive, Simpsonville, died Friday, July 24, 2020 at St. Francis Hospital, Greenville. Born in Greenville County, he was a son of the late Eugine Boyd and Cora L. Pyles Boyd. He is survived by one daughter, Sophia (Herchel, Jr.) Beagle of Fountain Inn; and two grandchildren, Braylin and Camyrn Beagle of Fountain Inn; four sisters, Willie Mae Davenport of Fountain Inn, Emma Lee Whitcher of Greenville, Thomasena (Bruce) Sweeney, and Sarah Calwile both of Simpsonville, South Carolina; one brother, James (Trina) Boyd of Fountain Inn, South Carolina. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, August 1, 2020 at the Beasley Funeral Home Chapel, Fountain Inn with burial immediately following in Mill Rock Baptist Church Cemetery. The family is at the home of his daughter, 508 Country Garden Drive, Fountain Inn. Beasley Funeral Home, Fountain Inn is in charge of arrangements.
