Mr. Eugene Thomas Mapp, age 71, of 4 Bailey Drive Lyman, South Carolina died Wednesday, January 23, 2019.Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania a son of the late Harry Mapp and Mary Carpenter Mapp. He served in the US Navy, US Army Reserve and US Air Force from 1975 to 1994 receiving and honorable discharge, several medals and commendations. He is survived by two brothers, Clifford S. (Denise) Mapp Sr., of Taylors, South Carolina and Harry Mapp of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and one sisters, Joyce Hooper of Greer, South Carolina. Funeral service will be held 10am Friday February 1, 2019 at Beasley Funeral Home Greenville Chapel with Reverend Waymond Burton officiating. Military Honors immediately following in the Prayer Garden of Beasley Funeral Home Greenville. The family is at 8 Dahlgreen Lane Taylors, the home of Clifford and Denise Mapp. Beasley Funeral Home Greenville is in charge of the arrangements.
