Ms. Ella Mae Rice Blakely, age 80, of 1545, Blakely Road, Waterloo, S.C. passed away on Tuesday, February 14,2023 at the Self Regional Medical Hospital in Greenwood, S.C. She is survived by one son Willie Copeland of the home; 10grandchildren,13 great-grandchildren; two stepchildren; Willie (Georgia) Blakely, and Douglas (Laverne) Blakely; a sister-in law Willie Bell Blakely; a devoted cousin Ms. Annie B. Anderson, and host of cousins, many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Ms. Ella Mae Rice Blakely will be held 1:00 p. m. Sunday, February 19,2023 at Duncan Creek Baptist Church, Laurens, South Carolina with Reverend Ernest Rice Jr. officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Laurel Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Waterloo, South Carolina.

The family is at their respective homes.
