Mrs. Elizzie T. Hill, age 85, of 31 Hooker Avenue, Laurens, died Thursday, August 21, 2014. A daughter of the late Izell Tribble and Sallie Bell Turner Tribble and wife of the late Johnnie Hill, she was a former employee of the Kemet Company, a member of the White Plains Baptist Church and Newberry Women"�s Aide Society. She is survived by one son, Oscar (Brenda) Tribble of Laurens, SC; one daughter, Barbara Cunningham of Laurens, SC; two sisters, Ruth (Theo) Miller of Charlotte, NC and Thelma Grant of Danville, VA; three grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 2pm, Monday, August 25, 2014 at the White Plains Baptist Church, with Dr. Johnny L. Johnson, Sr., officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family is at the home of her daughter, Barbara Cunningham, 104 Beasley Street, Laurens, SC. Beasley Funeral Home, Laurens is in charge of arrangements.
